Activity
Redress is an online marketplace where individuals can sell and buy second-hand items.
Redress acts solely as a technical intermediary. The publisher is neither seller, buyer, nor owner of items offered on the Platform. Sale contracts are concluded directly between users.
The terms of this intermediation are set out in the Terms of Use.
Hosting
The website and app are hosted by technical providers whose identity can be provided on request to younes.aimeur@getredress.com.
Intellectual property
The Redress name, logo, visual identity, site and app architecture, texts, illustrations, and all related elements are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Younes AIMEUR.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Content published by users, including photos and item descriptions, remains their property. The terms under which Redress may display them are set out in the Terms of Use.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and names that may appear on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Their mention by users when describing a second-hand item does not imply affiliation, partnership, or authorisation by those owners.
Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 as amended and supplemented by Law No. 25-11 of 24 July 2025.

Any clearly unlawful, infringing, or Terms-breaching content may be reported:
- from the app, using the report feature on each listing, profile, and message
- by email to support@getredress.com
The report must identify the content and the reason. Redress reviews it as soon as reasonably possible and takes appropriate measures when needed.
Intellectual property rights holders may send a detailed notice to the same address.
Complaints
Any complaint about how the Platform works may be sent to support@getredress.com.
Disputes between users about a transaction follow the dispute process described in the Terms of Use and available in the app.
